About The Position

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation is hiring skilled CNC Machinists for immediate second-shift openings at its Orlando, Florida, facility. Machinists manufacture precision components for mission-critical applications in aerospace, defense, aviation, and other highly regulated industries. The role may involve setup, programming, troubleshooting, or production machining across CNC milling, turning, grinding, Prototrak milling, and multi-axis machining. Employees work in a quality-focused environment where craftsmanship, precision, and reliability matter.

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of turning-center or CNC machining experience.
• Experience operating and setting up machining equipment, including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, turning centers, or Prototrak-controlled machines.
• Working knowledge of G and M code programming.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Demonstrate customer focus, accountability and integrity, commitment to quality, teamwork, adaptability and continuous learning, and a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with multi-axis machining.
• Experience with Fanuc, Milltronics, Prototrak, or similar machine controls.
• Live tooling experience.
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, turning centers, grinders, and other machining equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining programs and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters appropriate for each job.
• Produce parts to required tolerances and specifications while maintaining quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T callouts, and technical documentation.
• Complete work orders, production records, and other manufacturing documentation.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following safety protocols.
