About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator for a client in Chesterfield, Michigan. The role involves operating and programming hydraulic press brake machines, setting up jobs and performing changeovers, and maintaining or modifying CNC programs. The position is on first shift, Monday through Friday, with either a 6:00 AM–4:30 PM overtime schedule or a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule. Saturday work from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM may be required as needed. Compensation is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

At least 3 years of recent press brake experience, with press brake operation as a primary job responsibility.
Hands-on experience operating and programming hydraulic press brake machines.
Ability to program directly at the machine.
Proven ability to perform efficient job setup and changeovers.
Ability to maintain and modify CNC programs as needed.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficiency with standard measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Ability to lift 30 pounds or more without assistance.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
