Responsibilities
- Performing set-ups and operating CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirements
- Assign work to team as needed to ensure all jobs have adequate coverage and work schedules are met
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards – Drive departmental KPIs and communicate to team
- Work with engineering to resolve problems to related parts, supplies, equipment, or processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
