Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (5+ years hands-on CNC/Machining experience, especially in aerospace manufacturing, in lieu of education requirement)
• CNC experience required
• Understanding of GD&T
• Ability to inspect quality and make adjustments to maintain specifications
• Demonstrated commitment to working safely

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate CNC equipment
• Hold tight gear tolerances
• Monitor process to ensure product quality
• Perform inspections using precision measuring tools
• Maintain SPC documentation and production standards
• Perform polishing, cleaning, and corrosion prevention tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance actions for assigned machines
