About The Position

The role involves working with lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, inspecting finished parts, and maintaining machinery and a safe work environment. Requirements

Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of machine tools, CNC programming, and precision measurement tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions efficiently.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precision parts.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Measure and inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools to verify they meet specifications.
Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot to maintain machine operation and product quality.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety protocols and procedures.
Document production activities and report issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
