About The Position

EPTAM Precision Plastics is looking for a CNC Machinist C - 2nd Shift to join their team in Northfield, NH. This role involves creating devices used in various facets of the medical industry, including biopharma, molecular diagnostics, robot-assisted surgeries, and implantable devices. Requirements

  • 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment, operating manual and/or CNC equipment, equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted OR demonstrated ability to execute the Essential Functions for this position.
  • Internships and PT experience acceptable.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma, general education degree (GED) and/or trade school graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Use of some judgment to follow instructions with little or no choice to the procedures.
  • Make suggestions with regard to tooling, fixtures, etc. to increase efficiency and provide ideas to improve operations.
  • Load/feed machine as required to produce finished product.
  • Keep count of parts and maintain records.
  • Perform in-process inspection for dimensions of produced parts and maintain documentation as required.
  • Follow specifications and procedures for manufacturing, i.e., process sheets, work orders and any other special instructions.
  • Work on various types of equipment as assigned.
  • Proper handling of all material, parts and equipment to prevent damage and loss of finished product.
  • Employee must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instruction. Can get along with co-workers or peers and respond appropriately to feedback from a supervisor in a professional manner.
