Requirements
- Must be attending high school or skills trade school
- Operate forklift and operate crane (if age criteria is met)
- Commitment to company values
- Must be familiar with Company quality objectives and play an active role in reaching continuous improvement objectives.
- Be aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives.

Responsibilities
- Machine, inspect, assemble and build LEA designed machinery and equipment products, gaining experience and on the job training until all criteria listed below is met.
- Set-up and operate most standard machine shop equipment (in line with FLSA guidelines).
- Provide general assistance as needed in the machine shop.
- Inspect parts to assure conformance to specification.
- Assist at build sites as needed in Assembly area.
- General shop cleaning, organization and 6S.
- Read and understand blueprints, customer specs., and internal documentation
- Work well with Machinists, Assembly Technicians & Management.
- Other duties as assigned.
