About The Position

AC Tool & Machine Company is seeking a Machining Operator to join their team. This role involves working with all types of materials, weldments, and castings, presenting a challenge for skilled individuals. The company is a contract manufacturer of OEM & replacement parts for the machine building industry and more, producing parts in small quantities to large runs with a focus on tight tolerances. They are a 26-employee, family-owned company with a stable and experienced team.

Requirements

• Proactive mind set

• Able to read prints and drawing for manufacturing
• Proper use of measuring equipment. Calipers, micrometers, height gage, optical comparator ext.
• Understanding Metric and Imperial measurements.
• Understanding of G and M code.
• Accurately perform 1st piece inspections
• Tool and set up functions
• U.S. Work Authorization

Nice To Haves

• Mazatrol experience is a plus
