Assists with the plan, design, purchase, and implementation of machining processes and equipment in an industrial plant.
Requirements
- Assists with the plan, design, purchase, and implementation of machining processes and equipment in an industrial plant.
- Determination of parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals such as setup reduction and changeovers according to product specification.
- Identify problems with product and performance and recommends solutions or enhancements.
- Design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
- Equipment engineering design evaluations and documents results.
- Recommend alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.
- Improve equipment availability and capability by utilizing continuous improvement tools and working cross functionally.
Responsibilities
