About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking a hands-on, mechanically minded Roll Mill Operator to operate roll-forming equipment and produce metal fixtures from steel. The role involves setting up machinery, making tooling adjustments, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and checking materials and finished products for quality and accuracy. The operator also performs basic equipment maintenance, tracks production and quality results, maintains a safe and organized work area, and may help train team members. The position is in the Wickliffe area on first shift and pays $20.00 per hour.

The work involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling throughout the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using hand and power tools for extended periods. Extended shifts and overtime may be required as business needs require.

Requirements
