About The Position

Advance Mfg is hiring full-time Machine Repair Technicians for day and night shifts. Technicians diagnose and repair manual and CNC milling, turning, and grinding machine tools. The role requires troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and completing repairs with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical faults on CNC machine tools.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical documentation.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot drive systems, controls, and I/O.
• Familiarity with Fanuc-controlled equipment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with machine leveling, alignment, and calibration.
• Background in repair and maintenance of precision CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair manual and CNC milling, turning, and grinding machine tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical drive systems, ball screws, bearings, and linear guides.
• Work independently on controls, drives, and input/output (I/O) systems.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical documentation and schematics.
• Identify root causes of machine issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support machine leveling, alignment, and calibration (preferred).
