Requirements
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems in machinery.
- Skilled in performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Expertise in maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment logs.
- Ability to calibrate machinery to specifications, ensuring precision and functionality.
- Knowledgeable in adhering to safety protocols and regulations during machine repair and maintenance.
- Experienced in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve machine issues.
- Ensures all repairs meet quality standards and contribute to the overall quality of team output.
- Effective in managing workload and prioritizing tasks to complete assignments within deadlines.
- Capable of conveying complex technical information clearly within the team.
- Works effectively with team members to achieve common objectives and integrate repair activities seamlessly.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or protected person like asylee or refugee) as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machinery.
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed.
- Use diagnostic tools and software.
- Calibrate equipment to specifications.
- Work closely with other technicians and departments to coordinate repairs.
- Focus on safety compliance, quality standards, communication, teamwork, and time management.
