Requirements

  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems in machinery.
  • Skilled in performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime.
  • Expertise in maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment logs.
  • Ability to calibrate machinery to specifications, ensuring precision and functionality.
  • Knowledgeable in adhering to safety protocols and regulations during machine repair and maintenance.
  • Experienced in using diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve machine issues.
  • Ensures all repairs meet quality standards and contribute to the overall quality of team output.
  • Effective in managing workload and prioritizing tasks to complete assignments within deadlines.
  • Capable of conveying complex technical information clearly within the team.
  • Works effectively with team members to achieve common objectives and integrate repair activities seamlessly.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or protected person like asylee or refugee) as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in machinery.
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance.
  • Keep accurate records of all work completed.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software.
  • Calibrate equipment to specifications.
  • Work closely with other technicians and departments to coordinate repairs.
  • Focus on safety compliance, quality standards, communication, teamwork, and time management.
