About The Position

I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for Machine Operators in Kennesaw, Ga. This is a temp-to-full-time position. The role involves operating machinery to produce parts according to specifications, setting up machine tools and materials, and inspecting finished units for defects. The job requires studying parts based on schematics and blueprints.

Requirements

• Must be able to move up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day
• Must be able to position oneself to access equipment, as needed
• Must be eligible to work in the United States for any company without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Will train on 1st shift, and then move to 2nd shift, once trained

Responsibilities

• Machine parts to specs using machine tools such as lathes, shapers or grinders
• Responsible for the proper set-up of machine tools and materials into the machines, as needed.
• Measure, examine and test completed units for defects using tools
• Study and sample parts based off schematics, blueprints, etc.
