About The Position

Looking for a hands-on career where you can learn new skills, work with machinery, and grow within a manufacturing environment? As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and adjusting production equipment to manufacture quality products safely and efficiently. You will work as part of a team and receive training on Tower Labs' equipment, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined and interested in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Able to read and follow instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines and make adjustments during operation.
• Troubleshoot and assist maintenance personnel in repairs of machines and equipment
• Perform in-process testing as needed to ensure product quality is within established limits.
• Take ownership of the quality of the products you produce.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow all Safety, cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Company SOPs.
