Manchester Tank is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. This role involves operating and maintaining various types of machines to manufacture high-quality products. Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and products.
Manage the operation of all types of machines and also work to ensure that they are well-maintained.
Reads and interprets blueprints, tape measures, schedules, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabrication.
Sets up and operates fabricating machines according to the specifications.
Work to adjust and operate the speed and control the load of the machines.
Monitor the finished products obtained to ensure the quality conforms to the specifications.
Monitor the working of the machine and report on the need for improvement, defects, or malfunctions, etc.
Utilize handheld tools such as handheld screw guns, drill guns, and grinders.
Operation of lifting devices as needed.
Looks for opportunities to get involved in safety, environmental, process changes, and overall improvement efforts.
Follow all EHS guidelines and applicable procedures.
Read, understand, and follow the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and EHS Work Instructions.
Report any unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner to their supervisor or any member of management.
Shut down the process if unsafe.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
