About The Position
All America Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of threaded products, and due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking new machine operators. Our Production Assistants work with a variety of heavy manufacturing equipment producing threaded rod and U-bolts.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Proficient using gauges, tape measures, and other basic hand tools.
- Familiarity with and willingness to adhere to warehouse and manufacturing safety standards.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and interact in a physically demanding position.
- Willingness to spend most of the day on your feet.
- What we value most of all is a good attitude and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Adherence with our safety regulations.
- Documenting quality issues, reporting deviations.
- Material handling, loading, and unloading of machines.
- Basic maintenance including adjusting, lubrication, and set-up.
- Performing quality checks on finished products.
- Setting and operating industrial machines.
