About The Position

This role is for a Machine Operator on a compressed weekend shift. The schedule involves working 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, either from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM or 10:00 PM to 10:30 AM. This compressed schedule allows for a 4-day weekday break while earning full-time pay. Training will occur Monday-Friday and may rotate across shifts. Additional Friday or Monday shifts may be required based on operational needs. Candidates must be available to work either weekend day when scheduled. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical. Proof of employment eligibility is required.

Requirements

• 1+ year manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
• Comfortable working in warm manufacturing environments
• Basic computer and math skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed
• Must be available to work either day when scheduled

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
• Perform quality checks and minor adjustments
• Assist with preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Accurately record production data
• Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements
