About The Position

This role involves operating machinery used in the manufacture of products with close supervision. The Associate Machine Operator may be involved in basic set-up and calibration of equipment, loading component materials, and performing finishing operations. They will read and follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures, and inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance to requirements. The position requires adherence to company core beliefs, safety, and quality standards, as well as following established documentation for product manufacturing and maintaining machinery as necessary. This position operates on weekends, specifically Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Requirements

Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 0–1 year of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Ability to work with small precision parts.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.

Technical or vocational schooling preferred.
