About The Position

Swire Coca-Cola Machine Operators perform general duties involving the physical handling of products, materials, supplies, and equipment. They operate and monitor production equipment, ensure materials are ready for production, inspect product quality, report malfunctions and safety hazards, and maintain a clean and safe work area. The role follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime and weekend work required based on business need.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent degree or certificate.
Obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
Ability to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed throughout the production shift.
Set up machinery and ensure production materials are available and ready to use.
Visually inspect production runs, document results, and confirm product quality throughout production.
Determine and report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and product defects to a supervisor or manager.
Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and the assigned area to meet safety and performance standards.
Attend assigned meetings and assist with special projects and events.
