About The Position

The company is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Danielson. This role involves operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. It is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Demonstrated manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and monitors production machinery
• Performs routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Adjusts machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and quality
• Inspects finished products and documents production results
• Troubleshoots minor machine issues and escalates when necessary
