About The Position

ISOVOLTA is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team in Rutland, Vermont. This full-time position offers a stable career with competitive pay, performance bonuses, outstanding benefits, and opportunities to grow earnings. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed. The starting pay is $23.60/hour, which includes a base rate, hazard and qualification pay, and a shift differential. Additional pay is available for learning new machine qualifications, and there is a weekly attendance bonus and monthly KPI performance bonus.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Responsibilities

Set up machinery according to production specifications
Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment
Troubleshoot machine issues and identify maintenance needs
Monitor production efficiency and quality standards
Perform quality inspections and document production data
Enter material usage and production information into SAP
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
