Nice To Haves

Prior machine operator experience is preferred.
Experience with Salvagnini machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor machines to cut and shape metal components for remote power panels.
Use industrial machinery to cut, form, and prepare materials to exact specifications for downstream assembly.
Safely load, unload, and position large-format metal sheets using forklifts or overhead cranes.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures, checking parts against technical drawings and requirements.
De-tab, sort, and stage finished components by job number for assembly.
Conduct routine machine checks, including nozzle cleaning and lens inspection, and assist with gas cylinder changeouts.
Maintain precision and productivity to support manufacturing output and minimize downtime.
Record material usage, machine activity, and job completion to support inventory tracking and production planning.
