About The Position

This is a full-time, hourly level position. Manufacturing experience, mechanical skills and aptitude preferred. The plant operates 24 hours per day and successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary. You may be asked to perform other tasks or assigned other duties, not included in this list, which management deems necessary. ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. REF:113306BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Requirements

Manufacturing experience
Mechanical skills and aptitude preferred

Responsibilities

Ability to operate a high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently
Ability to perform minor maintenance of machinery including product change overs
Effectively troubleshoot problems
Effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
Accurately and legibly document data for reporting
Responsible for maintaining the quality of production
Watch for and report all safety issues
Follow all GMP and HACCP policies
Able to work in a variety of conditions such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment
