About The Position

The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned manufacturing equipment in accordance with established operating procedures, production requirements, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This role plays an important part in maintaining product quality, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependability and strong teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of three (3) months of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety requirements
• Monitor machine performance to identify malfunctions and ensure products meet quality specifications
• Examine, inspect, and measure raw materials and finished products to verify conformance to specifications
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and machine maintenance procedures
• Utilize basic math and computer skills to support production and operational tasks
• Follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs
