About The Position

Electron Beam Technologies (EBT) is growing its talent pool and looking for experienced Machine Operators. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in producing a quality product in a fast-paced environment, and would like to join our talent pool, we'd like to hear from you. This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates without qualifying machine operator experience will not be considered.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with extrusion equipment
• Experience with draw benches

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines to maintain product quality.
• Handle copper wire, reels, and raw materials.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with your team to keep production running efficiently.
