Requirements

• Basic math and the ability to read a measuring tape are required.
• Must be able to use hands to handle materials and operate equipment
• Must be able to reach, grip, and perform repetitive motions
• Must be able to talk and listen while working around machinery
• Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
• Must be able to bend at the waist
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Must maintain reliable, regular attendance

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Handle roofing materials and finished products
• Perform basic measurements and calculations
• Support safe, clean, consistent operations
