We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with advanced machinery to shape, cut, and prepare steel components that play a critical role in our production process. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of hands-on manufacturing or factory experience
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot basic process issues
• Familiarity with CNC equipment and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Responsibilities

• Operating a variety of machines to cut, shear, punch, tap, drill, and shape steel
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Performing processes such as cutting, rolling, threading, and drilling materials
• Monitoring steel inventory and coordinating restocking with your supervisor
• Operating equipment such as cranes and tow motors to move materials safely
• Loading and unloading steel deliveries efficiently
• Maintaining scrap materials and keeping your workspace organized
• (Metal Processing Area) Operating specialized equipment like press brakes and lasers
• Supporting team members and assisting with training when needed
