About The Position

The Machine Operator in NJ is responsible for operating the machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of products. This person observes continuous operation of automatic stamping or molding machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, adjusting as necessary. The Machine Operator will collaborate with their team and demonstrate ENNOVI’s values of accountability, teamwork, and integrity.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Min. 2 years’ experience in related position preferred.
• Experience in molding or stamping is a plus
• Experience in setting up

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance on stamping or molding machines, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Collaborate with other machine operators and production team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or concerns to the production leader.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
