About The Position
Flagstone Pavers is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate and maintain a sophisticated computerized manufacturing machine. The role involves using equipment and tools according to manufacturing specifications, taking measurements to monitor the process and ensure quality production, performing machine setup and maintenance, cleaning machinery, and operating a forklift. The operator reports required information to the Plant Manager. An offer may be contingent on passing a drug test and physical exam.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, power, transmission, pneumatic, and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a sophisticated computerized manufacturing machine.
- Report all needed information to the Plant Manager.
- Use equipment and tools according to manufacturing specifications.
- Take measurements to monitor the process and ensure quality production.
- Perform machine maintenance and setup.
- Clean machinery.
