About The Position

We are looking for detail-oriented Machine Operators / Sewers to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery and sewing machinery to create high-quality products.

Experience in embroidery or manufacturing is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• High standards for quality and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven track record of punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Visual Precision: Ability to identify colors and detect subtle differences in patterns, letters, and numbers.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination to quickly thread needles and manipulate small objects.
• Technical Control: Ability to make repeated, precise adjustments to machine controls.
• Pace: Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in embroidery or manufacturing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-head embroidery or sewing machines.
• Monitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, such as threading needles and adjusting tensions.
• Identify and correct garment or stitching defects during the production process.
