Machine Operator Experience Necessary
About The Position
The Machine Operator performs production, inspection, and machine operation duties. Responsibilities include setting up machinery, ensuring materials are available, monitoring production equipment, and assisting shop technicians and the materials clerk as needed. The operator also performs duties assigned by management, maintains a safe and clean workspace, uses basic hand tools and measuring equipment, and follows established safety rules and regulations. Training is provided. This is a full-time, first-shift position with hours from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work an eight-hour shift.
