About The Position

Freeport Press is hiring Machine Operators with experience in automotive manufacturing, injection molding/plastics, assembly or production, or construction materials. Your experience transfers here, and we provide equipment training. This role offers a unique schedule where you work only 7 days out of every 14, with a 12-hour rotating schedule that includes built-in time off. You will operate and adjust production machines, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, inspect products for quality, use measuring tools, and perform basic machine setup and adjustments. This is a skilled, hands-on role in a clean, high-tech work environment within a stable company with over 140 years of success.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Reliable and team-oriented

Responsibilities
