About The Position

Position to cross-train on multiple machines - Cutting line, Tear Line and Bale Press to determine what is the best fit. Responsible for operation of LaRoche and Margasa machines and associated equipment to affect the timeliness and quality production of finished material. This is accomplished by setting the machine feed rate and adjusting the machine operating parameters to the most common optimum settings for each grade. The operator should be skilled at routine servicing procedures for box discharge systems and machines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a machine operator is required.
• Working at heights and working in confined spaces.
• Able to read, write and convey ideas.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs with adequate body flexibility.
• Ability to take direction/leadership from team lead and/or shift supervisor
• Must work well with others
• RELIABLE ATTENDANCE IS A MUST
