Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Basic math, reading, and communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or printing experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
  • Load raw materials, rolls, plates, inks, and other production supplies.
  • Configure machines to meet product specifications and production requirements.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production runs.
  • Perform quality inspections and verify labels, UPC codes, and packaging accuracy.
  • Make routine machine adjustments to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
  • Safely clear jams, paper breaks, and other machine interruptions using lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Complete basic equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Report mechanical issues and equipment concerns to maintenance personnel.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
  • Follow all company safety policies, GMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
