About The Position

Hoffmaster Group, Inc. is hiring full-time Machine Operator Assistants to support our napkin production team in Clintonville, WI. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing with great benefits and a steady schedule. No experience is required as paid training is provided in a clean, safety-first environment. The position involves assisting machine operators in producing printed napkins, loading materials, preparing packaging supplies, checking product quality, clearing jams, cleaning machines, assisting with cleaning printing decks and changing rolls, following safety and food safety procedures, maintaining a clean workspace, reporting issues, and participating in training and equipment care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift during a 12-hour shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong communication and teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in producing printed napkins
• Load materials and prepare packaging supplies
• Check product quality and accuracy (UPC codes, labels, etc.)
• Clear jams and clean machines as needed
• Assist with cleaning printing decks and changing rolls
• Follow all safety and food safety procedures (GMP/SQF)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Report issues to operators or maintenance
• Participate in training and equipment care
