About The Position
Injection mold machine operators work in a manufacturing environment in a non-temperature-controlled facility. The work can be fast-paced and physically demanding.
Requirements
- Experience with injection molding machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications
- Capability to diagnose and resolve machine and process issues
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Basic math and reading skills for measuring materials and following work instructions
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
