About The Position

Richardson International is hiring a Machine Operator for evenings at its pasta production facility in New Hope, Minnesota. The role operates packaging equipment and tote stations in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet specifications for weight, coding, and quality. The operator also troubleshoots and maintains equipment, records operational information, and follows health and safety procedures. The position pays $26.48 per hour, plus an additional $0.50 per hour for the second shift. The stated evening shift runs from 2:50 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed and meet the listed physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Operate packaging equipment and tote stations according to product specifications, ensuring accurate weights, coding, and product quality.
Adjust, troubleshoot, clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
Complete and maintain machine logs, downtime records, repair documentation, and work order requests.
Follow health, safety, and fire prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
