About The Position

This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery, performing routine checks, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The position requires assisting in maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Previous food production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred
• English communication skills (Spanish is acceptable)
• Willingness to learn and operate production equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
