About The Position

Custom Filters Direct is expanding and is looking for 6 Automated Machine Operators (3 on 1st Shift and 3 on 2nd Shift) to help operate their state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working with machinery, and take pride in producing quality products.

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with automated production equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust automated production equipment.
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Load raw materials and keep machines running efficiently.
• Complete production documentation and report equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with Production and Maintenance to maximize equipment performance and production output.
