Support the startup and implementation of the production operation at the existing Lincolnton, NC facility. Learn first-hand the process and support the development of local work instructions and standards. This position will require extended overseas travel for training. Actively communicate with related departments (Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, etc.). Train and monitor new production associates working on the specified shift and provide timely and effective feedback when required. Will be responsible to load/unload, operate, adjust, change-over, maintain multiple machines, conduct 5S and aid in trouble-shooting. Responsible to reach daily targets and escalate in case of deviations.
