About The Position
Flow Dry is a global leader in the design and manufacture of innovative moisture-control solutions that protect products and critical systems from moisture damage. For more than 50 years, we've partnered with customers across the automotive, industrial, medical, electronics, and packaging industries to develop high-quality desiccant products and custom-engineered solutions. Join our team as a Machine Operator, where you'll play an important role in producing high-quality products that help protect our customers' products and systems around the world. In this hands-on role, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and work alongside a team committed to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documentation.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards.
- Monitor machines during operation and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
- Perform quality inspections and accurately document production results.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Load raw materials and package finished products according to specifications.
- Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
