About The Position

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM 17.00 (+$0.50 shift premium)
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM 17.00 (+$0.65 shift premium)
Temp-to-Hire opportunity
$17.50/hr (Raise upon direct hire)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and work instructions
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Operate and support injection molding machines
• Offload finished product and ensure proper handling
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met (first/last piece checks)
• Read and follow operator instruction sheets and work instructions
• Use basic measuring tools and gauges as needed
• Weigh and verify product counts (if applicable)
• Label and package finished goods accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S standards)
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
