Join FlexPack, a division of Duraco Specialty Materials, as a Machine Operator and build skills on specialized coating equipment. This role offers hands-on work and steady hours. Experience operating or assisting with coating machines or manufacturing production is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate adhesive coating machines
- Adjust speed, temperature, and adhesive flow
- Load materials, take samples, and check quality
- Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running
- Work safely with a team in a clean environment
