About The Position

We are actively hiring for the position of Machine Operator for our plant in Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves operating various machinery, executing product finishing, managing materials, and ensuring quality control. The shift for this position is Monday – Friday, 3:00PM – 11:30PM.

Requirements

Experience in the production of signs or graphics is required.
Experience as a machine operator is required.
Candidates should possess both mechanical and artistic skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
Strong organizational abilities are necessary.
The ability to effectively multitask is important.
A strong sense of color is crucial.
Good reading comprehension skills are expected.
Basic proficiency in English is required.

Nice To Haves

Training from a technical college.
A minimum of one year of experience in digital or large-format printing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Utilize routing and cutting machinery, such as Zünd and Summa cutters
Execute product finishing operations
Manage fabric transfer devices and hot knife instruments
Handle vinyl materials, encompassing cutting, weeding, and pre-masking
Diagnose equipment and production challenges as they occur
Assess and confirm the quality of printed images
