About The Position
Morgan Advanced Materials’ Performance Carbon business in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, is seeking Machine Operators to support its production team on second- and third-shift schedules. The starting wage is $18 per hour plus a shift differential. Benefits, stability, and growth potential are available. The Performance Carbon business manufactures high-performance self-lubricating bearing and seal components, primarily for pump and other sealing applications. It uses advanced carbon/graphite, silicon carbide, alumina, and zirconia materials to engineer lightweight, low-friction products for demanding environments. Candidates must be able to follow written instructions, record data, and frequently lift 35 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is required; previous manufacturing experience is preferred. The position is subject to specified U.S. citizenship, permanent-resident, or protected-individual eligibility requirements.
