About The Position

Production Castings, Inc. is adding Machine Operators to their team at their Fenton manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who are ready to learn. Previous die casting experience is not required, as the company provides hands-on training and the opportunity to build manufacturing skills while earning competitive pay. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for 1st and 2nd shift positions, with 10-hour shifts and the possibility of 3-day weekends.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment, including trim presses, Wheelabrator, and burnishing equipment.
Load and unload parts and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
Inspect finished parts for quality and customer specifications.
Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic preventive maintenance.
Identify and report equipment, quality, or production concerns.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.
Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
