We’re looking for an Machine Operator who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in a supportive manufacturing environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in learning how equipment works
  • Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfort using basic computer systems (SAP or HMI experience is a plus, but we can train)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely around active machinery
  • Willingness to wear required PPE (hairnets, safety glasses, close-toed shoes)

Nice To Haves

  • SAP or HMI experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Operate fillers and labelers and help keep production running smoothly
  • Learn how to perform basic equipment adjustments and changeovers
  • Perform equipment cleaning and rinsing processes
  • Accurately enter product information into SAP and complete required documentation
  • Partner with maintenance and production teammates on preventative tasks
  • Monitor product quality, batch codes, and labeling to ensure everything meets standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Grow your skills by training on additional tasks and occasionally supporting line leadership
