About The Position

CentroMotion designs and builds high-performance brake, clutch, and transmission components used in transportation, agriculture, construction, and industrial markets. Join a team that helps build, move, and feed the world. This role involves operating mechanical and automated manufacturing equipment, performing safe and efficient machine setup and operation, completing quality checks and documenting production, monitoring equipment and reporting issues, keeping machines clean and performing basic preventive maintenance, and working independently and as part of a team. Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1+ year manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience reading routers/BOMs/work instructions
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical and automated manufacturing equipment
