About The Position

This position is for a 2nd Shift Machine Operator responsible for operating machinery in a food manufacturing environment. The role requires punctuality, the ability to set up machines, run product samples, and ensure proper coding and dating. A key aspect of the job involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving heavy objects. The operator must also be willing to assist in other areas as needed.

• Able to follow verbal instructions from Supervisor.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced and limited timeframe while remaining detailed-oriented, reliable and organized.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Display strong leadership abilities.
• Analytical skills and attention to diminutive details.
• Must follow all Safety rules and Company Procedures.
• Mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities
