About The Position

The Inspector/Operator - Level 1 at Priority Envelope Inc is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process. The role involves operating machinery, inspecting products, and following safety and quality standards to meet production goals. The position is located in Nevada, Iowa, and is full time. Shifts are 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., or 11 p.m.–7 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or irregularities.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Basic math skills for measurement and calculation purposes.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating machinery or equipment is advantageous.
• Experience in quality control or inspection processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
• Inspect products regularly and identify and address defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Accurately record and report production data for quality control and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
